You’re so quirky, it’s hard for you to tell the difference between quirky and normal.
No doubt about it, there’s little about you that’s “normal” or “average.” |
Oh, please — like this is news.
That’s right folks — it’s come to this sad state of affairs. My week is turning into such insanity — lessons, doctor’s appointments, plans with friends, car repairs and subsequent carpooling, etc. — that I’m posting blogthing quiz results and passing them off as content. I can’t even dedicate a couple brain cells to coming up with a top ten tuesday topic… How pathetic is that?
So I’m appealing to you, my lovely clever readers (flattery’s good, right?) — will you help me come up with a topic for next week? Please? I’m begging you… Trust me, you don’t want to make me cry — it’s not pretty. What’s that? You want what? An incentive? Seriously?! Ok. Fine. Leave me a comment suggesting a topic for next week’s top ten tuesday and, if I use your suggestion, I’ll send you a little treat. You like treats, right?

i wish you all the best in the world
Sanctity of Christmas versus the good of the American economy. The hollowing out of the soul of the yule log. Plans of New Years goals. The envy of the innocent who still view the holidays with cheer. A Christmas wishlist. A wish for the world/readers.
I want my treat sooner than later.
Susan: How about Christmas pet peeves or Christmas Family traditions? Also, how about favorite Christmas treats or goodies? Just some food for thought. I do like treats!!
I’m all for quirky, so long as it’s not just narcissistic attention grubbing. But 64% quirkiness makes it “hard for you to tell the difference between quirky and normal”? That’s only, like 2/3 quirky! What happens beyond that? Flat-out batsh*t crazy?!?!
I suppose that husbands are excluded from prizewinning eligibility? In any case…
I detect a note of disappointed idealism in Matthew’s suggestions. And wouldn’t a hollowed-out log be a Yule Tube? I’ll suggest:
* Top 10 Terrible/Undesirable Christmas Gifts (or Bottom 10, I guess)
* Favorite Christmas Carols/songs/albums
* Favorite Christmas presents given/received
That’s all for now. And if I give you ideas at home but don’t put them in your comments and then you use them does it not count?
